ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-One training goes far beyond exercise sessions … it includes a personalized program of exercise, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching that helps you meet your goals, whether you're a novice, intermediate or experienced trainee! $75.00 per one-hour session for one person; $45.00 per person for a two person session; and $35.00 per person for a three person session.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
A more affordable introduction to advanced training techniques! This is fantastic for people who like the camaraderie and mutual support that comes from working in a group. Three sessions per week for one calendar month makes it easy to fit into the busiest of schedules! Maximum of six people per group.
$300.00 per person for a full One Month Program!

Maintain a healthier way of life without going to the gym. For your convenience, our trainers will go to your home or office (within 15 mile radius of Max Wellness' Campbell home office). Maxwell-ness will provide all the necessary equipment for you to get a full body workout so you can achieve the results you want without leaving your home.
