We expect to assist our clients obtain their goals, typically being body composition alteration. We see ourselves as educators, and as such we seek the truth (substantiated by scientific study). We all deserve the right to learn, and therefore change our minds if we learn something new. It is our belief a healthier lifestyle will help reduce the risk of injury, reduce the deficit between absolute/functional strength, and improve overall quality of life.
